Short enough to read before buying.
These terms govern fixed-price workflow-audit services supplied by Administrative Burden Ltd, trading as Modest Ambitions. They are written for business buyers, not consumers.
1. The order
The saved scope, selected market, fixed price and current version of these terms form the order. Anything outside the stated record, platform or period limit requires a separate written scope and is not silently added.
2. Payment and tax
Payment is due once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Stripe shows the final total before payment, including any tax the seller is registered and configured to collect. The buyer remains responsible for its own tax treatment.
3. Files and timing
The buyer supplies lawful, accurate and usable exports through the agreed secure route and removes unnecessary personal data where practical. Turnaround starts when the minimum dataset is usable, not at checkout. A blocked or materially incomplete export pauses timing until resolved.
4. The decision stays yours
The service prepares source-linked data and exception reporting. It is not accounting, tax, legal, electrical-safety or arboricultural advice. The buyer’s qualified team approves every operational, billing, accounting and safety conclusion.
5. Delivery and rights
After payment, the buyer may use and adapt the delivered files for its internal business and the named client engagement. Modest Ambitions retains its general methods, templates and know-how, but will not publish buyer data or a customer claim without written permission.
6. Refund guarantee
If the finished files are not useful, the buyer may request a full refund by replying to the delivery email within 14 calendar days. The buyer may keep the delivered files. The guarantee does not cover a change of scope after delivery or an unusable dataset the buyer declined to correct.
7. Confidentiality and deletion
Operational files are used only to deliver the order, are not used to train public models, and are deleted 30 days after delivery unless a shorter period is agreed. Each party protects the other’s confidential information using reasonable care. Where the files contain personal data for which the buyer is controller, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, each party excludes indirect or consequential loss. Modest Ambitions’ total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions or notices may be sent to hello@modestambitions.studio.
